Ep. 6- Booked & Ready

Just as she started for the phone she heard Lauren’s voice penetrate her thoughts, Girl you betta not pick up that phone. Sunny slouched on the sofa and curled up in her comforter. A small grin appeared. Good ol’ Lauren. She always knew how to cheer Sunny up even when she wasn’t around.
Still Sunny longed to hear Ramone’s voice. She had to take her mind off her past so Sunny thought about what Lauren would do in a situation like this, she would pack her bags and take a trip somewhere. She was long overdue for a vacation and getting out of Dallas until the paparazzi buzz died down was just what she needed.
Sunny bounded off the sofa and sat at her make shift home office and powered on her lap top. She quickly checked her savings account. A last minute flight to vacation would cost quite a bit but Sunny had connections in the travel industry and new how to shop around for the best deal. But no matter how much she shopped around, this trip would put an unplanned dent in her savings.
“Where do I want to go,” the question echoed in her mind. She did a web search of several places of interests until her eyes floated to the upper right corner of her screen.
“Puerto Rico,” warm breath lifted the words from her mouth into the atmosphere. The thought of escaping to Puerto Rico for a couple of weeks hovered in her mind for several moments until she pressed the enter button on the keyboard.
After the information processed the words, ‘Flight Booked’ apeared on her screen.
