“Being in this industry requires versatility, tough skin and faith.” explains, Kandie Delley.

The multi-hyphenated artist should know because she’s ventured in various areas of the entertainment field in front of and behind the camera. “It’s been a long journey and I’m still climbing the ladder.”

With a corporate career spanning thirteen years ranging from Commercial Finance to Global Trade Services, Kandie’s true passion has always been for literature and the performing arts. So it wasn’t surprising that she decided, at age 27, to pursue her entertainment dream professionally.

"No matter where I advanced in Corporate America, I never truly felt fulfilled unless I was writing or performing."

Her writing talent was exposed in second grade upon winning 1st place in her school district for a short story on fire prevention. Over the years, her literary scrapbook has grown to encompass stage plays, poetry, songs and short fiction.

“Right now I’m writing and acting as much as I can. One day I hope to combine all my talents into writing and producing tv shows and films. I pretty much take each project as it comes.” Opportunity has consistently knocked on her door, from working in artist relations, web design and creative consulting.

A resourceful businesswoman, Kandie’s goal is to assist in making Dallas, a Mecca for the entertainment industry. Among offering creative writing services, she’s an accomplished flautist and enjoys acting, songwriting, music production, traveling and spending time with family and friends. In her free time she’s pursuing a Liberal Arts degree.
