I LOVE SALMON, so I have to find different ways to prepare it, to keep it interesting. I stumbled across a recipe that would work great alone or as a staple ingredient for a healthy meal. You can also grill salmon with basil and lemon butter sauce or try crumbling baked salmon (with lemon and olive oil) in bits over a salad with gorgonzola or feta cheese. Add some sunflower seeds, diced apples and you’re ready to go!
